A clearer front door, a page on what makes it different, and cast filters
- Sign-up opens with a plain notice that LORAX is a simulation still under development and none of the characters are real
- New in-app page: Why is LORAX different?, item by item
- Notification permission gets its own screen that shows what you'd receive
- People can be filtered by gender, age and country
- Credit and Premium screens redesigned
The first thing you see after installing is now a short notice that says what the app is. Then the app asks for notification permission on a screen of its own, showing what a notification would look like, instead of surprising you with a system prompt.
The cast can be filtered by gender, age band and country. The credit and Premium screens were rebuilt so the price of every item is visible before you tap. A new page inside the app, “Why is LORAX different?”, walks through the mechanics one item at a time; the how it works page here covers the same ground with more detail.
