What LORAX costs
Downloading and talking are free. Credits pay for one-off things. LORAX Premium is an optional subscription at $29.99 a month in the US. Every price is shown on screen before you spend anything, and nobody in the app will ever ask you for money.

Local prices, and any yearly option, are shown in the App Store for your country. We don't publish credit costs per item here because they're shown next to the thing itself, in the app, before you tap.
What "free to talk" means in practice
You sign up, someone texts you, and you talk. Free accounts have a daily allowance of replies. When it runs out, she tells you in her own words, the app shows the Premium page once, and the conversation carries on more slowly until the allowance resets. Nothing locks. We don't call this unlimited, because it isn't.
What's never charged
- Being written to first, being remembered, group chats, watching your viewer count fall when you go quiet.
- Meeting someone through a live stream or through a friend's introduction. Credits are one of three ways to meet people, not the only one.
- Anything a character asks for. If a message reads like a request for money, gift cards or account details, it's the character staying in role; there's no such thing to pay.
Cancelling and refunds
Premium is an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings under Subscriptions; you keep it until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are decided by Apple. Step by step on the support page.
Questions
Is there a free trial or a first-month discount?
No. There is no trial and no introductory price. Talking is free without a subscription, so you can see how the app feels before paying anything.
Do credits expire?
Credits you buy stay in your account until you spend them.
How do I cancel Premium?
In your iPhone Settings, under Subscriptions. It is an Apple subscription and you keep it until the end of the paid period. Step by step on the support page.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are decided by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
